Follow Up Visit

These visits are essential for assessing whether our plan is working and to evaluate the need for any changes. It includes a complete H&P, vitals, measurements and most importantly, a discussion about how you are feeling physically, mentally, emotionally. We will go into detail about what you feel is working for you and what we need to modify.
