Do you accept insurance?

At this time, insurance does not cover our services. HOWEVER, you may be able to submit your invoice(s) for services and testing to your insurance company or HSA/FSA for reimbursement or use your HSA/FSA supplied debit card for services.

Do you offer in person or virtual (telehealth) appointments?

We are happy to offer virtual options for appointments as well as in-person appointments. We want you to be well and offer flexibility that is convenient for your schedule. If the calendar does not offer appointment options that suit your needs, please reach out to Jessica so she can work with you to find a time that is convenient for you and get you feeling your best! 

What is Fullscript and how does it work for members?

Fullscript is a professional grade supplement dispensary platform. As a Wellness Matters member, you receive access to our practitioner account at the maximum allowable discount - currently 35% off retail pricing on hundreds of professional supplements. This is the same discount practitioners typically keep for themselves; we pass it entirely to you as a member benefit. Supplements are ordered directly through Fullscript and shipped to your home. Fullscript also provides our lab platform.

What injectable services do you offer?

We currently offer B12 (methylcobalamin), NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), Glutathione, and Tri-Immune (Vitamin C, Zinc, Glutathione combo) as injection therapy. IV wellness infusion therapy is also available, including Myers Cocktail and additional protocols. All injectables are administered by a licensed provider.

What is included in a membership?

Memberships include tiered benefits designed to fit your goals and budget. All memberships include Fullscript access at 35% off retail, monthly education content, and access to seasonal health challenges. Higher tiers include injection or infusion services each month, priority scheduling, and periodic wellness check-ins. See our Pricing & Packages for the full breakdown.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. Memberships require 30 days written notice prior to your next billing date. Unused monthly services (included injections or infusions) do not carry over or receive a refund upon cancellation. Please see our Membership Agreement for full terms.

Do I need to be a member to receive injectable services?

No. Injectable and infusion services are available on an a la carte basis to non-members. Members receive priority scheduling and included monthly services depending on their tier. A brief intake assessment is completed prior to your first appointment.
